2. What data do we process

• Identification and contact information: name, surname, NIF, address, email and telephone.
• Your order details: products, amounts, payment method, and shipping information. We do not see or store your card details: they are processed directly by the bank through Redsys.
• Details of your customer account, if you create one.
• Data that you send us in forms, emails or calls.
• Browsing data collected with cookies, according to what you accept in the cookie notice.

3. What we use them for and on what legal basis

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles that affect you.

4. How long do we keep them?

• Order and invoice data: 6 years, as required by the Commercial Code.
• Inquiries and forms: until they are resolved and, afterwards, the time needed to address possible complaints.
• Customer account: until you request to delete it.
• Cookies: the period indicated in the cookie policy.

5. To whom do we communicate them?

We do not sell your data. We only share it with the service providers we need to provide you with the service, who act on our behalf and are bound by a confidentiality agreement.

• Shipping: NACEX and, for international shipments, the corresponding agency.
• Payments: Redsys and banking entities.
• Web hosting and email: our hosting provider in Spain.
• Analytics and advertising: Google and Meta, only if you accept those cookies.
• Public administrations, when required by law.

Google and Meta can process data outside the European Economic Area. They do so with the safeguards of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability of your data at any time, and withdraw your consent. Write to us at info@dsrmgroup.com indicating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (SSL), restricted access and backups.

8. Minors

This store is intended for users aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, do not provide us with any information without the consent of your parents or guardians.
