Shipping times<\/strong><\/p><p>We work with <strong>NACEX<\/strong> to offer a fast and reliable transport service.<\/p><p>As a general rule, we prepare orders as soon as possible and, provided the product is available in our warehouse, we ship it on the same day of purchase or, at the latest, the next working day after receiving payment.<\/p><p><strong>What happens if the product is not available in our warehouse?<\/strong><\/p><p>If an item is not in stock and needs to be ordered directly from the factory, we will contact you to inform you of the situation, confirm product availability, and provide you with estimated delivery times.<\/p><p>We will keep you informed about the expected waiting time so that you can know the delivery conditions before proceeding with the order.<\/p><p>Once the order has been shipped, we will provide you with the available tracking information so you can check the status of your shipment.<\/p><p>If you have any questions about product availability or need to know delivery times before making your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>2. Shipping costs<\/strong><\/p><p>Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, order characteristics, and applicable transport rates. Where applicable, they may include preparation, handling, and packaging costs.<\/p><p>We recommend grouping all items into one order, as separate orders are handled independently and may incur additional shipping costs.<\/p><p>Applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before finalizing your order.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>3. International Shipping<\/strong><\/p><p>We ship to <strong>all countries<\/strong>. However, delivery times and conditions may vary depending on the destination.<\/p><p>Keep the following aspects in mind:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Delivery times:<\/strong> Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, the shipping company, and any applicable customs procedures. Domestic delivery times are not necessarily applicable to international shipments.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Customs and taxes:<\/strong> International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges levied by the authorities of the destination country. These amounts are not included in the product price or shipping costs unless expressly stated otherwise. Packaging and liability<\/strong><\/p><p>We prepare and pack all orders with care so that the products travel properly protected during transport.<\/p><p>If you receive a package with visible damage or notice any issues with your order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. Returns Policy<\/strong><\/p><p>If you wish to return an item, please contact us stating the reason for the return and, if possible, your order number. This also applies to exercising your legal right of withdrawal, where applicable.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Order error:<\/strong> If you receive a different size, model, or product than the one you purchased due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and manage the appropriate solution.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Defective or damaged products:<\/strong> If you receive a defective, damaged or non-conforming product, we will handle the issue at no cost to you when required by applicable regulations.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Other incidents attributable to our store:<\/strong> If the return is due to an error attributable to us, we will assume the expenses that legally correspond to us.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>5.2. How to request a refund<\/strong><\/p><p>To expedite the process, we recommend that you provide us with the following information:<\/p><ul><li><p>Order number.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Product you wish to return.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Reason for return.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Photographs of the product, showing any defects, damage, or issues.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Once we receive your request, we will tell you how to proceed and provide you with the necessary instructions to make the return shipment.<\/p><p>Products must be returned properly packaged, with all original accessories and components where applicable. The consumer may examine and handle the product as necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Any other conditions will apply in accordance with the consumer&#039;s legal rights.<\/p><p><strong>5.3. Refunds<\/strong><\/p><p>Once the return has been received or the shipment has been verified, where applicable, we will process the refund in accordance with the applicable regulations.<\/p><p>In the event of a legal cancellation, we will refund the corresponding amounts, including standard delivery costs where legally applicable. If the customer expressly chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard option, we will not be obliged to refund the additional cost of that method.<\/p><p>The refund will generally be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed upon at no additional cost to the consumer.<\/p><p>In cases of legal withdrawal, we may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until the consumer provides proof of their return, whichever occurs first, in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/p><p><strong>5.4. Legal right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p><p>In online purchases made by consumers, the rights recognized by applicable legislation will be respected.<\/p><p>In general, the consumer has <strong>14 calendar days from receipt of the product<\/strong> to exercise the legal right of withdrawal without needing to justify their decision, except for the exceptions provided by law.<\/p><p>To exercise this right, simply notify us unequivocally of your decision to withdraw within the legal timeframe. From that notification, the product must be returned without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days, in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/p><p>Direct return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer when they have been previously informed of this condition and the law allows it.<\/p><p>Our voluntary 20-day return period does not limit or replace the statutory right of withdrawal or other rights recognized to the consumer.<\/p><p><strong>5.5.
